Gloria Bae is an Associate at WADR Law, where she focuses on entertainment, media, and intellectual property transactions. She supports the structuring, negotiation, and execution of deals for clients across the media and creative industries, working closely with studios, agencies, talent, and production companies. Her work includes drafting and negotiating agreements related to talent, production, and distribution, as well as advising on intellectual property ownership and rights.

Prior to joining WADR, Gloria worked at a mid-sized entertainment law firm, supporting corporate transactions for a diverse roster of industry clients. She also clerked at a commercial litigation firm, gaining additional perspective on risk considerations that inform her transactional work.

Gloria earned her J.D. from Seton Hall Law School, where she served as Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Journal of Legislation and Public Policy, and holds a B.A. from New York University. She is admitted to practice in New York. Outside of work, she enjoys going for long walks with her dog, Miso.
