Luciana Maskow Morales is a Senior Associate at WADR.

With international experience spanning Brazil and the United States. She began her career in Brazil, where she served as an in-house counsel, advising on corporate matters, negotiations, and supporting daily legal operations. In New York, she supported attorneys on venture capital transactions for startup companies and worked with financial institutions on governance and regulatory compliance, gaining exposure to supervisory and enforcement frameworks. She earned an LLM degree in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham School of Law and passed the New York Bar Exam in July 2025.

Outside of work, Luciana enjoys hiking and exploring nature.
