Mohamed Abdeltwab has worked as a State Attorney with the Egyptian State Lawsuits Authority since 2014, handling massive disputes involving contracts, state-owned land, compensation claims, and administrative matters. His work mainly involved representing the State before national courts and advising on major contracts and disputes related to public property.
Later, he completed an LL.M. at the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law, focusing on Privacy Law and Cybersecurity, and also earned certificates in Transnational Law & Business and U.S. Legal Studies.
At WADR, Mohamed serves as a Legal Fellow. He assists the team on a range of U.S. corporate and intellectual property matters, including contract review, trademark clearance searches, and compliance documentation, primarily for our tech and startup clients.
He recently passed the New York Bar Exam, MPRE, and NYLE, and is now in the process of registering with the New York Court of Appeals for his official license.
