Teddy Ulin advises startups and emerging companies across the strategic and legal landscape, advising a range of clients from MVP to growth stage through a myriad of matters. He most recently came from one of the largest national law firms where he worked on early to late stage companies in a swath of industries from consumer, to technology, to life sciences.
Teddy is also a former founder and early stage investor, where he focused on industries from to consumer products, to infrastructure development, to mobility and autonomous solutions. He has led diligence and evaluation efforts for startup investments and has advised both federal agencies and private-sector leaders on strategic management initiatives.
