Yari leads firmwide initiatives that include managing client special projects as well as the development of internal systems that enhance billing, invoicing, and document management processes. She has been instrumental in optimizing workflows, implementing new technology platforms, and establishing standardized procedures that strengthen the firm’s overall operations.

Before joining WADR Law, Yari worked in the proxy solicitation industry, where she partnered with corporate clients on shareholder communications, voting processes, and governance compliance. This experience in corporate structure and stakeholder management informs her ability to deliver seamless, strategic, and detail-oriented service to the firm’s clients.
